I’m a romance author, and my books are linked are at the end of this newsletter. Earlier this week, I heard a senator encourage compassion for others, and this resonated with me. Now when there’s so much chaos in our nation, those who care about others, hold a special place in my heart. People are struggling, and it’s important to send hope through prayer.

Today, I’m uplifting author Irene Onorato. She was born and raised in Bronx, New York. In 1972, a few months after graduating high school, Irene met James Onorato, a soldier who had just returned from Vietnam. After dating two weeks, they married, raised three children, and are still happily married today. Irene and James live in Louisiana with their two cats, and a dog who was rescued by the Cajun Navy during the great flood of 2016.
